Was told software update was included in drive train warranty but was charged $140 for the software update any way. Was never told about the $140 charge. I bought my car around the 8th of February. Nice car but a grinding noise under the car. I took the car in the have it looked at. I think they should be replaced , the car is under extended warranty. But they say it will be a long time before the motor mounts need to be replaced. More
I recently had a fantastic experience with Max Motor's New and Improved Service Department. Their new Service Manager Russ, who had just transferred in from Washington that week, was "thrown into the fir New and Improved Service Department. Their new Service Manager Russ, who had just transferred in from Washington that week, was "thrown into the fire" on a previous service issue that I had with my Jeep Wrangler. After he learned of my situation, he reached out to me and made the situation right. I can tell you that most people would have swept this matter under the rug and pretended that it never happened, but Russ is a man who has integrity. I encourage anyone who has had issues in the past with their Service Department to give them another try in the future. Everyone there really seems committed to providing the best service experience possible! More
