Carlton provided excellent customer service and was right on time with his estimate on how long it would take for an oil change. An hour and 15 minutes seems like a long time for an oil change, especially on time with his estimate on how long it would take for an oil change. An hour and 15 minutes seems like a long time for an oil change, especially when advertised as "Fast Oil Changes & More". At least Carlton warned me before hand. More

I have cancer and require daily visits for treatment. I also have a car in need of service. Joshua advocated for a loaner car so I could continue my treatments and get my car serviced. Not only did he push for a loaner, he also worked with his supervisors to get the best prices for the service. I’m very grateful for his attention to details plus his commitment to helping me financially. As you know a cancer diagnosis is not only a devastating health issue but also a financially devastating event- with or without insurance. Thanks again Joshua for your time, support and kindness. I bought a oil change package that included getting tire rotation. Well I guess my oil was changed but tires were not rotated. I guess it was better than a quick change place.
