This was my 3rd or 4th visit for a recurring problem. Carleton was very nice. Russ helped me this time and was very nice, helpful, and communicated with me frequently about the status of my vehicle. My extended warranty company created many challenges, but Russ helped me navigate them and we got through it. I'm not sure who the tech was that actually worked on my vehicle, but I am grateful because it has been a tough repair. More

Max motors in Belton went above and beyond for us and we are thoroughly satisfied with their help. We had an issue with the advertised car not matching the one online, and rather than selling us the car li are thoroughly satisfied with their help. We had an issue with the advertised car not matching the one online, and rather than selling us the car listed, they tracked down one from Tennessee that matched what we wanted and brought it to Belton. We will go back next time we need a car. More
