I leased a Murano because I had never owned a vehicle like this previously. I liked it so much I purchased a new one in March, 2012. I want to commend Mr. Tom Strocchio of Ferman Nissan, Tampa for making me a loyal customer. Tom handled my first lease as a sales representative. He then moved to the service department as a Service Consultant. However, he went above and beyond when I came in to purchase my new Murano. Although he is now in the service department, Tom greeted me and stayed with me all the way through the purchase process. Now I enjoy seeing Tom whenever my car needs service. This is a man that understands customer service has no boundaries. As long as Tom is associated with Ferman Nissan of Tampa, I will continue to shop there faithfully. Today was a great day for car maintenance for me all because of one person, Eric Green. I went there expecting to spend a lot of money; however, I left there saving money. He was very helpful to me over the phone before I got there and when I arrived. He did not stop working with me until my issue was dealt with. I know that if I ever have a problem with my vehicle, I should call them first for assistance. I recommend anyone looking for maintenance repair on his or her car to call Ferman Nissan!!!! The service was super fast and everyone was very kind. But if needed, ask for Eric. I’m highly pleased with my customer service experience because he was very efficient and friendly. More

Had another tremendous service experience earlier today. Larry Edwards and crew were professional, as always and got my oil change/tire rotation and even factory recall part replacement all done in under 90 Larry Edwards and crew were professional, as always and got my oil change/tire rotation and even factory recall part replacement all done in under 90 minutes, while I waited. They are courteous and thorough in explaining what is going on with your vehicle. I want to also mention that Service Manager Eric Green is always accessible when I have questions about my service needs and routine maintenance. I highly recommend dealing with Ferman Nissan of Tampa just for the service AFTER the sale. More

Recently, I was in Ferman Nissan getting my oil changed in my vehicle. I had occasion on this visit, and in the past, to become acquainted with Bob Cole, a veteran salesperson at Ferman Nissan of Tampa Bay in my vehicle. I had occasion on this visit, and in the past, to become acquainted with Bob Cole, a veteran salesperson at Ferman Nissan of Tampa Bay. Bob Cole is an extremely kind and considerate salesperson. He is well informed and knowledgable, especially regarding the Nissan Leaf which is the vehicle I am interested in learning about. Bob Cole is the type of salesperson who answers questions thoroughly, is the opposite of "high pressure" and also takes time to assist in any way possible. He is a breath of fresh air. As I have spent time speaking with Bob Cole in his office on more than one occasion, I have always had the impression that Bob is concerned with me personally and that he really cares about me as an individual, not just making a sale. Ferman Nissan is a better place because of staff like Bob Cole and I appreciate his way of doing business. You see Larry has an uncanny way of saving customers money, locating parts, and making sure that your not left in the dark about your vehicle maintenance.
