Exquisite Service I recently brought my car to Fermann Nissan to get an oil change and the service I received was top notch. When I walked into the service office I was I recently brought my car to Fermann Nissan to get an oil change and the service I received was top notch. When I walked into the service office I was greeted and the service guy even engaged in some casual conversation about the Super Bowl game the night before. Not only did the dealership conduct the oil change but they also took a care of a recall on my car before I even received the notification. Upon completing the service inspection it was discovered that my car battery was going bad and needed to be replaced. My service guy even washed my car after the service was completed. SUPERB SERVICE!!! In addition, they also had delicious glazed donuts and free coffee!!! I LOVE THIS DEALERSHIP!!! More
Melting Dashboard Nissan has been notified that my 2008 Altima Dashboard is melting. It is very shiny and becomes blinding when the sun is coming through the front wind Nissan has been notified that my 2008 Altima Dashboard is melting. It is very shiny and becomes blinding when the sun is coming through the front window, making it impossible to see because of the glare. It is sticky to the touch. Nothing has been used on it to make this happen. It is obviously a defect that the dash can't handle the Florida sun. I was told to go through corporate. I had to get an estimate and fax it to Nissan. They were un helpful and not willing to correct the defect. This is dangerous. I am ready to call Morgan and Morgan attorneys, as they may be able to start a class action suit since many other Fl Nissan owners are having the same problem with the dash and not being helped by Nissan. There are numerous complaints online. I am very dissatisfied with Nissan. Ferman associates could only refer to corporate and never took responsibility for the defect. More

I want to commend Mr. Tom Strocchio of Ferman Nissan, Tampa for making me a loyal customer. Tom handled my first lease as a sales representative. He then moved to the service department as a Service Consultant. However, he went above and beyond when I came in to purchase my new Murano. Although he is now in the service department, Tom greeted me and stayed with me all the way through the purchase process. Now I enjoy seeing Tom whenever my car needs service. This is a man that understands customer service has no boundaries. As long as Tom is associated with Ferman Nissan of Tampa, I will continue to shop there faithfully. Today was a great day for car maintenance for me all because of one person, Eric Green. I went there expecting to spend a lot of money; however, I left there saving money. He was very helpful to me over the phone before I got there and when I arrived. He did not stop working with me until my issue was dealt with. I know that if I ever have a problem with my vehicle, I should call them first for assistance. I recommend anyone looking for maintenance repair on his or her car to call Ferman Nissan!!!! Had another tremendous service experience earlier today. They are courteous and thorough in explaining what is going on with your vehicle. I want to also mention that Service Manager Eric Green is always accessible when I have questions about my service needs and routine maintenance. I highly recommend dealing with Ferman Nissan of Tampa just for the service AFTER the sale. More
