I arrived at my appointment with a blazing migraine headache and the kindness of my service associate(I'm sorry I forgot his name, I think it was Jorge) was commendable. He made sure I knew where the ice machine was for an ice pack for my head. My oil change was conducted quickly and he answered all of my questions with skill and knowledge above what I expected. They even washed the exterior of my vehicle at no charge. I was very pleased with that, because I really try keeping my car in great shape. That was a special little extra I wasn't expecting that just really made my day a little brighter. I felt like I was cared about and that my vehicle was cared about. It was worth the hour drive to come to Ferman Nissan as opposed to the 3-5 dealerships and shops in my area for our oil change. My service rep also set a reminder notice to be sent for me for my next oil change since I tend to be forgetful. I am very impressed with this dealership. So far from the sales personnel to the service personnel I am impressed and feel honored to be a customer of this dealership. I've never been treated with such respect from a car dealership in my life and HATE car dealerships. Ferman Nissan has my business from here on out. I have told many people and share regularly on facebook. Thank you for the positive experience in financing my vehicle through your dealership and thank you for the excellent service I've received in the service department. Most of all THANK YOU for not having high pressure sales tactics. I am so grateful not to have to swat people off of me like mosquitoes trying to suck the life out of me just to pad their pockets. My air conditioner went out on my 2013 Nissan Altima but the Larry went out of his way to check to see if the air was still under warranty later I rec'vd a call that the air conditioner was under warranty and saved me $2,200.00 .
