I was greeted immediately upon arrival and processed into the system within 3 to 5 minutes and on my way to the customer lounge. The wait time for my vehicle to be serviced was minimal. The vehicle had been washed and looked much better than is did when I brought it in. Ferman Nissan service personnel continuously have provided me with the service I expect and I recommend the facility to all for their service needs. More

The parts service at best I would say Jose Toledo went above and beyond to help us out. Things that the sales department wouldn't disclose with us, Mr. Toledo did.
