Servie My car said loose gas cap so I went and bought one from the auto part store and it worked for 1 week then my check engine light came on I took it in a My car said loose gas cap so I went and bought one from the auto part store and it worked for 1 week then my check engine light came on I took it in and Jose scanned it and it said gas cap so I had to pay 42 dollars for a gas cap. Then 1 week later it came on again took it back and Jose helped me again and they found out it was a Vap leak. So Jose took great care of me and credited the 42 dollar cap back towards the fixing of the leak.. I also get exceptional help at this location... Thanks again everyone More

Expectations Exceeded! I bought my truck from another dealer and when it needed service I checked their webpage only to discover customers weren't happy with their service. I bought my truck from another dealer and when it needed service I checked their webpage only to discover customers weren't happy with their service. I knew Ferman has been around forever and has a good reputation, now I know why. My appointment was made by a courteous lady who helped get me into their system, and gave me option for dropping off my truck that worked for my work conflicts. ( wish I had remembered her name because she was professional and friendly) My Service Rep. Jose was terrific! I received the scope of work I specifically requested and a Safety report performed on my truck with suggested items I address. What I liked most about the safety review was I chose what I wanted done because of time, and there was no pressure to do the items I could do myself at a later date. Jose also notice a recall for seatbelts on my vehicle and went ahead and ordered them, and I will be contacted when they come in. I cannot say enough about my entire experience with Jose and Ferman. I've owned 10 Nissan vehicles and received very good service, but Ferman provided even a step above what I consider good customer friendly service. My service experience was simply that good, period. More
