Service Dept We did not have a great experience in the service department. We went back to get the second key programmed for our new truck. We were told that there We did not have a great experience in the service department. We went back to get the second key programmed for our new truck. We were told that there was a recall on the truck that we had just purchased on Friday. Your service writer told us there was a recall. Actually there was no recall just the second key needed to be programmed. Your service writer was very short with us when we tried to explain to him why we were there. When we entered the guest lounge area we were subjected to MSNBC Blasting Liberal Left Wing on the television, So we left and waited outside in the cold for our vehicle, our choice to do so along with other customers as well. This is not the place for customers to be subject to politics no matter what your opinion is. Put it on Bay News 9 or something else. More
