5 It's always a good feeling when you're greeted and treated very well. Especially when you have the best service advisor Brad Seabury. Last visit, disappointed. Paid for refresh of A/C But still have musty smell when starting my vehicle. 170 dollars wasted. Will not return to that dealership. Paid for refresh of A/C But still have musty smell when starting my vehicle. 170 dollars wasted. Will not return to that dealership. More
Took my car in for Maus care. Made the appointment the day before. They are supposed to do an oil change, tire rotation, paint protection and rain repellant. First thing I get Made the appointment the day before. They are supposed to do an oil change, tire rotation, paint protection and rain repellant. First thing I get told in the drive is that their car wash is broken. Don't know how it got broken overnight but ok. The service advisor tells me not to worry they can get it washed. I don't think you can do paint protection over a dirty car and I don't think rain repellant will work on a dirty windshield but gee, I guess it does. There was some semblance of cleaning done but it was still dirty when they were done. If you can't do the things right that I can see, did you really change the oil and rotate the tires? But they must have at least looked at my new tires that I got in November (this is March) because apparently they are worn on the edges and need an alignment. I guess the one I had done when I got the tires didn't take. Of course they recommended changing all the fluids in the car and it needed a whole bunch of other things too. At 26,000 miles that's a lot of stuff. The service advisor was very nice though. Not so much the pushy lady who kept texting me that I needed to come to the front to her office to update my information. She sent me a bogus email address and asked if it was mine. What a ruse! If aggravation was equated to $$ then Maus Care has cost me a bunch of money. Terrible experiences there and next door at Maus Acura. Nice people just can't trust whoever is pulling the strings. More
Worst 'SERVICE' department ever! Second time since Maus took over and I told Sales person when I purchased car (2022)=== Maus Care is worthless with this Service Department. I'm DONE Second time since Maus took over and I told Sales person when I purchased car (2022)=== Maus Care is worthless with this Service Department. I'm DONE after 6 vehicles that I've loved no more sales HERE! It took THREE hours for an oil change/tire rotation. And the rude response when I entered the office to inquiry why my car wasn't ready yet was ridiculous! 4 men sitting around the end of what used to be the office just looking at me like 'SO?' -- After several loud requests as to why -- someone got up -- went out and came back, didn't approach me but from that end (easier to speak when the group is gathered) said it'll be out shortly they're just finishing. To which I asked why does it take 2.5 hours? His response is at least 1.5 for oil change!!!! Which of course has nothing to do with the fact I have now waited 2.5 hours and my car still isn't ready!!! I then went into the dealership to voice my concern with the lack of service - whomever I spoke to did go out to speak with them but I warned him - it was a waste of time. I'm DONE Maus thinks that service included means they can treat you like a third class citizen ! This was my 3rd visit, 1st was very bad, second was great --- this one is unacceptable! More
I have been taking my car to Maus Nissan for service for a while now. I felt the service reps I've worked with have been upfront an honest with the work needed. But on my must recent service visit, I went t a while now. I felt the service reps I've worked with have been upfront an honest with the work needed. But on my must recent service visit, I went to pay my bill and Maus now charges a 3% "convenience fee" if you want to pay with your credit card! This was unannounced to me when I dropped off my car for service. So needless to say, I was a bit shocked because that "convenience fee" came to $114!!! The Cashier said the other dealerships in the area were doing the same thing, so they are doing it as well. So now I have to shop around for another Nissan Dealership that doesn't charge that 3% credit card convenience fee. Which is a shame. More
