Great service along with following up with me through my service while I waited a few hours. They also offered me a ride home if I didn’t want to wait the 4 hours which I declined but greatly appreciated. service while I waited a few hours. I drove 40 miles each way from my friend’s home in Lakeland to get to the dealership. I had 4 minor problems. First, my truck came with only 1 key fob. After many phone calls they finally sent the Lakeland to get to the dealership. I had 4 minor problems. First, my truck came with only 1 key fob. After many phone calls they finally sent the second fob to my home in Michigan. It took them 2.5 hours to program the new fob. Second, the “miles to empty” gauge has been reading “800 miles to empty.” This is impossible in a truck with an 18 gallon tank that gets 25mpg. I was told they could find nothing wrong, and there were no software updates. Third, a piece of trim that had broken off before I took possession of the truck needed to be replaced. The service department said that was a sales department problem, and service would not take responsibility. Finally, the gas cap keeps falling apart. I was told the replacement was “out of stock” and I should come back the next day. I told service that I was driving back to Michigan the next day, and asked if they could send it to me. I was told “We don’t ship parts.” Great service, Maus Nissan. More
