Our salesman was very kind and down to earth. He was patient and we got along really well. We looked at a lot of cars and did a lot of test drives and were very happy with the experience until it He was patient and we got along really well. We were taken care of by 2 different guys than the salesman. We were discouraged from leaving and going to our credit union to get our loan processed, I wish I would’ve just put my foot down and done it but we’d never bought a car this way before. They said that they worked with our credit union already and said we could get it the loan done at the dealer. We didn’t know that they were applying to like 5 other companies at once and just went with the one that responded first. We ultimately did not end up having our loan through our credit union and didn’t see the fine print until we went to our credit union the next day to check in. We would’ve been totally fine with seeing other loan options but none of that was explained and everything was rushed through. On top of that, our home address was incorrect on our credit application and vehicle registration (it was correct under mine so we didn’t catch it) so we had to come back the next day and get it fixed. They also didn’t ask for my wife’s email or phone number and entered fake info (noemail@gmail) type stuff to push docs through and the phone number they put in for me wasn’t mine. When it came time to set up auto pay with the lender it caused issues with setting up our account and we had to jump through all these hoops. The front end experience was wonderful, but the back end experience was very frustrating. We’re both reasonable, friendly people, if they would’ve just slowed down and had a little attention to detail it would’ve been a better experience. We’re planning on buying a 2nd car in 6-8 months and we’ll be going Edward first. More

The service department and the general manager of this place are a joke. This place has to be the most unproductive and poorest excuse for a car dealership or even doing the right thing imaginable. The sales person lied on multiple occasions, tried to charge us more money than we agreed upon initially with the deal and blamed us multiple times for their incompetence. I t was nothing but a nightmare after buying the car. Had to take it in to get the additional accessories that were purchased installed. They had the car for over 10 days in total and several calls to corporate Nissan including filing multiple claims with them and the DMV. Do not trust a word they say and save yourself purchase a car elsewhere. More

It took awhile to see Kevin and the only negative point was him not asking us about financing. I had to ask who he was using for financing and what the APR and when he said the rate was over 7% I was floored! He should have asked us before assuming we would be OK with that. That seemed shady to us. Why didn’t he ask us who we wanted to apply with? I told him my MidFlorida’s rate was 5.49 percent so he re did his loan thru them. That wasted both of our time. Very nice man and thorough just was put off by the above. More

1/20/2025. .for some reason I wanted to check the value of the car, so I did a check on the vin number. Brought it to the manager, I was immediately shut down and told " we don't have to disclose or obligated to give you a carfax, you can do it yourself". If you sold it back you are going to negative 10k, it's on you"... to my brother and sister in arms, take your money here so you can definitely get screwed. There are soo many predatorial companies and I found another one. Happy new years. More
