Although we are happy with our ‘21 Rogue, we are disappointed that once we drove off the lot, we were “out of sight, out of mind.” We have not received the 2nd fob and are expected to pay $707 for a disappointed that once we drove off the lot, we were “out of sight, out of mind.” We have not received the 2nd fob and are expected to pay $707 for a vent that was broken when we purchased the vehicle (we did not notice it until the next day). This is outrageous and poor customer service. The vent should be replaced free of charge since it was sold to us in that condition. Two fobs are standard with the purchase of every vehicle. We were told the previous owner would be contacted. If he/she can’t be reached or doesn’t have it, one should be provided to us at no cost. I have been a Maus customer for close to 10 years and am disappointed in the lack of allegiance we are experiencing from your Brooksville location. More

After purchasing my new truck I had a problem with it after four times bringing it back and waiting my time they finally got it fixed. I recently bought it in for service and two days later I had a warni after four times bringing it back and waiting my time they finally got it fixed. I recently bought it in for service and two days later I had a warning light come on. After pulling over and finding the light discrimination it was very vague, After shutting it off and restarting it the light went off. Started driving again and after a few blocks it came on again but the time it had a message for low washer fluid. Makes me wonder what else was not checked and what other fluids mere not topped off.
