In searching for a new car for my wife, we looked at all the coupes available on the market. We visited a different Nissan dealership and were not very impressed with some of the personnel there. We had also visited, as I said, all the other brands in the area. One night we pulled into Nissan of New Port Richey and met George Martins, Sales and Lease Consultant. He was amazing, he took the time to test drive three different cars with us. He spent almost four hours just riding around with us as my wife contemplated the different features and mechanics of each vehicle. I greatly appreciate his patience and non-hassle demeanor as we worked through our pros and cons of the vehicles. We had even informed him that we were not looking to purchase right away, and he still developed a relationship with us. George Martins is the reason we decided to go back to the dealership and purchase the vehicle we did. Even though when we sent out on our journey of car hunting over a few month timespan, the Nissan Juke appealed to all our interests. It was not even, what we were originally looking at and George happily went for a ride with us anyway. I am so thankful that he did; we found the car of our dreams and were able to get it at a very good deal. George was with us every step of the way. At Nissan of New Port Richey, we were blessed to work with the Finance Manager, Service Department, Parts Department, and Sales Manager. All of them were fantastic and helped us design our Juke from adding accessories, getting a fair value on our trade-in, working with our bank on the sale, and getting the accessories placed on the vehicle. I have no regrets and I will gladly send anyone to Nissan of New Port Richey. More
Went to purchase a Juke, and from the time I parked my car I was hounded like I was a criminal. The salesman was new, so I really can't blame him for not knowing all the in and outs. Right off the bat, he car I was hounded like I was a criminal. The salesman was new, so I really can't blame him for not knowing all the in and outs. Right off the bat, he tells me that I need to fill out a credit application before they will discuss price. I said I would never do such a thing before negotiation of the price of the car. The game began where he say well let me go talk to the manager, WARNING SIGN FLASHING. He returns and I told him that they have one chance with their pricing and I do not play the good guy bad guy game. By this tie we were already inconvienced for over an hour and I told him I had dinner plans and needed to get home to get ready. I said when your manager isn;t busy get the numbers and call me. I was no more home and my phone rings and he is telling me the manager will not do figures over the phone. Ironically this is the second time I tried to buy a car from this dealership and got screwed bot times. I would strongly recommend avoiding this dealership and going to one of the other Nissan dealers, you will be surprised and how great your experience will be. On top of everything else there is no feeling of comfort once inside the showroom they way it is arranged, it looks more like an execution chamber then a dealership. This all took place on 1/15/2012 and on the following day we went to another dealership and completed the deal from start to finish in just a tad over two hours. I will never return to Ferman Nissan or any other Ferman Dealership. More

I took my vehicle in for service. Was suprised to find their prices were less for an oil change than Walmart. They recommended some stuff which I did some things but they didn't pressure me because I didn their prices were less for an oil change than Walmart. BEWARE of this dealer, while the lower level sales guys are friendly, the next level of sales management is high pressure, shady with ther verbage, and unethical. I had my homework done on the internet value, and still missed the game they were playing. Senior sales didnt even refer to my internet request prior to walking into the room. While I do feel Ray B. was honestly trying to share my needs with them. They will sell you the world verbally, and on your initial quote, then take you to finance, while in finance they remove your tag and take your vehicle while getting "your great deal" of a new vehicle ready. Finance prints up a stack of paperwork and befriends you while reality starts to set in, the negative equity on your vehicle was not taken care of by their "wonderful" incentives, and they basically rolled it into your new vehicle by playing with the numbers. You feel helpless and tired at this point, and want to leave, but feel like an idiot so emtions are mixed from happiness your negotiation paid off to a rollercoaster of dissapointment and feeling helpless. Oh yes, this is 2 hours later.... BEWARE it was smooth, and the fact I heard senior sales management verbally flexing their ability to his co-workers of being this master sales person was icing on the cake for me to let as many people I know to be WARY of this fast game they play! More
I found Greg to be very pleasant to work with. I also enjoyed my time with Robert Packard, Finance. GO PATRIOTS!!!! I would highly reccommend them. I did alot of research as to the price of cars. Eric was very informative with financing and package options. Very patient with me and my million questions until I fully understood everything. I would recomend Ferman Jeep to my friends and family members when looking for a new or used vehicle. The only concern with a care buying experience is that I feel it takes too long from start to finish.
