Excellent Service We recently purchased a used car from Ferman. After 2 weeks , while cleaning the car, we noticed the carpets on the passenger and drivers side were w We recently purchased a used car from Ferman. After 2 weeks , while cleaning the car, we noticed the carpets on the passenger and drivers side were wet. We called the salesman and the service manager himself called us back to set up a next day appointment. We were not really sure how they would handle the situation since it was a used car. I took our 2013 TSX Aura in and Chuck set us up right away and provided a loaner. The service manager did a follow up call and Chuck had the car ready the next afternoon. All (Salesman - Rafael , Service Advisor - Chuck , Guest Relations Specialist - Brian and Joe- Manager) were excellent . First class service at a first class dealership. Maintenance/repair I had a 10:24 drop off time. When I got there Bryan Anderson was ready for me and took my car right in. I decided to wait to see how long it would b I had a 10:24 drop off time. He came back to me within the hour and said it would take approximately 1 12 hours to fix. I decided to wait. He had the car ready earlier than anticipated. More

Outstanding personal concern for what works best for me. I brought my care in with a failing battery. AAA had just days before, been called out to check it and declared it "Good." Still under warrantee from I brought my care in with a failing battery. AAA had just days before, been called out to check it and declared it "Good." Still under warrantee from AAA, they told me it was healthy despite the signals I mentioned that it turns the engine over very slowly when starting. I brought it into Ferman so they could check it. In two different tests, they failed it. I got the call from my service advisor and I said to him, "I guess that means that AAA will be buying me a new battery." I told him I would be in to pick up the car. When I arrived, a new battery was already installed by Ferman. My service advisor had misunderstood my statement about AAA buying me a new battery. I did not mean that if Ferman installs a battery, AAA will reimburse me. They don't work that way. I meant that if I bring AAA proof that the battery failed in tests at Ferman, they would provide me with a new battery under warrantee. Given that information, my service advisor said he was sorry; that he misunderstood. He then picked up the phone and ordered the old battery to be put back into my TSX. The next day, I called AAA, showed them the test statements from Ferman, and he put in a new battery for me, free of charge. More
