Great first routine service. My first routine visit was a breeze. I was taken care of as soon as I entered the building and my car was promised to me in an hour. My service advisor offered me complimentary snacks and beverages while I waited for my car to be finished. He even poked his head into the waiting lounge a few times to keep me updated on the work. My car was completed and I was checked out within the time promised. Great overall first experience with Ferman Acura! More

Excellent Service We recently purchased a used car from Ferman. After 2 weeks , while cleaning the car, we noticed the carpets on the passenger and drivers side were w We recently purchased a used car from Ferman. After 2 weeks , while cleaning the car, we noticed the carpets on the passenger and drivers side were wet. We called the salesman and the service manager himself called us back to set up a next day appointment. We were not really sure how they would handle the situation since it was a used car. I took our 2013 TSX Aura in and Chuck set us up right away and provided a loaner. The service manager did a follow up call and Chuck had the car ready the next afternoon. All (Salesman - Rafael , Service Advisor - Chuck , Guest Relations Specialist - Brian and Joe- Manager) were excellent . First class service at a first class dealership.
