Great experience! I was surprised on my birthday night by my car not starting. Called roadside, told 90 min wait, showed up in 30! Called dealership, set up roadside pick up for next day, battery changed within few hours, shuttle picked me up, took me to my car and everyone made a very stressful time in my life the most unstressful experience I could've ever expected! Thank you so much, Linden for setting up my repair, Bill/Bob (the shuttle driver) for your great sense of humor, and Bryan for being so kind, not to mention cute! You guys are great! Thank you! More

Service Department focuses on Customer Service I came in to have my standard service completed. Brian always fits my appointment in when works for my schedule. Not remembering if I was covered I call Ferman Acura within minuets I was told to go to the nearest Acura Dealer that I was covered. Saving me $200. dollars that was then spent on our vacation..
