My experience with the service department at Maus Acura of North TAMPA has changed 180 degree to a positive experience after I started using Ms. Donua as my service advisor. She doesn’t push to sell any unnecessary services like other people who make it sound like a matter of life and death if I didn’t agree to get the service they recommend NOW. I am glad to see her today still working with Maus Acura. Also I met one of the managers Mr, Rayan who is very friendly and professional. He introduced himself to me. While I was waiting, I watched Mr. Rayan how he was talking with other coworkers in a kind professional manner and making sure the job of each customer has been completed. He could stay in his air conditioned office and meet only the unhappy customers. Mr. Rayan decided to stay out of his comfort zone to make sure there is no unhappy customer to begin with. More
