Fast and friendly Upon arrival I was met by two men who immediately started working on my car checking and filling all of the fluid reservoirs and testing the battery. Upon arrival I was met by two men who immediately started working on my car checking and filling all of the fluid reservoirs and testing the battery. I was then met by a service representative who went over my car's history and asked about any issues. Since this was my first service, I was given a free oil change and only paid for a wheel rotation. The car was promised within an hour, and about 50 minutes after I left the car for service, my car was returned washed and vacuumed. I particularly liked being briefed on the health of my car by the service representative and being able to pay for the service at his desk as opposed to having to go to a cashier. More
