Worst customer service The vehicle we dropped off for service with Mike on 6/1/18 and picked up on 7/17/18. We were told that we had to wait until a vehicle was traded in or The vehicle we dropped off for service with Mike on 6/1/18 and picked up on 7/17/18. We were told that we had to wait until a vehicle was traded in or a customer brought one in that was similar to ours so that we could use the computer in it to help diagnose our car. After receiveng said computer, which we were never notified of, the next claim was that there was something wrong with the valves. The advisor never called with updates. We had to call numerous times in order to get his attention. After calling acura customer service, in less than 48 hours our vehicle was miraculously diagnosed and repaired. The advisor claimed that our vehicle was misfiring because of bad gas. We can't understand how it took 47 days to figure that out. More
Service review I have gone to this service advisor multiple times for the same battery drainage issue in my vehicle. Instead of looking for the underlying reason why I have gone to this service advisor multiple times for the same battery drainage issue in my vehicle. Instead of looking for the underlying reason why the battery continues to drain every 3 months. They just change the battery and send me in my way I return approx. Every 3 months because the battery dies. Each time the advisor doesnt seem to remember the 3 past times I have been there complaining of the issue. I have to explain the situation everytime. He always seems to have a quick response to my complaints on the vechile. Great service providers I probably just wont go to Todd again. He does not explain anything on the invoice or inspection paperwork. Mike and Ed in service were very professional toward me. More
