Worked relentlessly til they got it right! Our MDX was such a problem! Sensors going crazy many times. In and out for service many many times! Mechanics and ultimately engineers figured it out Our MDX was such a problem! Sensors going crazy many times. In and out for service many many times! Mechanics and ultimately engineers figured it out! We were treated so well.. accommodating us for our inconvenience, accommodating is for our patience until they got it figured out, and doing what’s right for the customer. Can’t say enough good things about this unfortunate circumstance and how things ended up! Fair for both us and Acura! Btw... kindness matters! More

Electrical issues I’m generally pleased with the caliber of work that Ferman performs, although it’s a little frustrating when I’m advised that my transmission needs a I’m generally pleased with the caliber of work that Ferman performs, although it’s a little frustrating when I’m advised that my transmission needs a flush when it had been done 4 times when the torque converter failed 6 months ago and was repaired at the same place. I appreciate the fine loaner car and the general courtesy of all Ferman personnel. I wish my 2012 RL was not having so many problems. Failed switches, transmission and other issues are souring me to the Acura brand after 20 years of driving these cars. More
