One of the best customer service experiences I've had The entire experience working with Ferman Collision and the USAA representative was amazing. I was treated like a neighbor rather than just a custome The entire experience working with Ferman Collision and the USAA representative was amazing. I was treated like a neighbor rather than just a customer, each member of the team was courteous and upbeat, and the repair work was beautiful done. What impressed me the most was how genuine everyone was, when they said the work would take 2 or 3 days - they meant it! They even called to let me know how it was going and they set up the rental car pick up and drop off. Where we all hope to never have to visit a collision center, I know if I ever have to do it again that I would definitely return to Ferman. More
