Service Center Review Wonderful. The "meet and greet" when I drove in was professional and friendly; my service rep, Robert Walker, immediately welcomed me into the servic Wonderful. The "meet and greet" when I drove in was professional and friendly; my service rep, Robert Walker, immediately welcomed me into the service center. Upon completing my initial service request, Robert informed me that one of my tires was slipping off the belt and should be replaced. Following a brief discussion of my options and associated costs, we decided to replace both rear tires and do an alignment. During our discussions, I never felt pressured to go one way or the other. And as always, I enjoy my brief encounters with Bryan Anderson. I've been a Ferman customer since coming to Florida (2011) and Bryan was my 1st service rep. His friendliness and good humor make him a wonderful asset to Ferman Acura. More
