Alex made sure that the process was smooth. I came in there with the hopes of getting into my dream car and he worked with us (my husband and myself) to make sure that we got exactly that. We have 3 small ones (3,2,1) and we got to drive off the lot with a new car. He made the whole experience / transition as smooth as possible the whole Maus family did. I am so excited to be apart of the Maus Family. They treated us so great! Coloring books to keep the little ones entertained, snacks and more! They really exceeded my expectations. They explained everything thoroughly and I was very surprised how quickly the repair was done. Miss Sandy even told me how to go about cleaning the bugs and sap off my car. I must give two thumbs up for the detail team. My car looks BRAND SPANKIN NEW! This was my 3rd or 4th Nissan experience and my only disappointment was that I could not get my oil changed after my car was repaired, but that's a small thing. Keep up the good work Nissan. I am proud to be a Nissan owner. Hello to Larry in service. 😀 More

Excellent customer service After being scheduled incorrectly; I was not a happy customer on a Saturday morning. Michael Stevens took the time to help me. Even though he couldn’t fix the problem that day; he made arrangements that week for resolution. He went above and beyond to help me. I have a new RDX with crackling speakers. I was booked for evaluation and the specialist was off that day. Michael Stevens arranged for me to come later that week and drop off my car. He had a loaner vehicle waiting for me. He text me updates during the repair. Michael made me feel like an individual and not just another customer. He made the pickup seem less. He gets an A+++ in service recovery! I left happy and with no crackling speakers. More
