I have driven an Acura for many many years. This Acura location has been my go to dealer as well. However since an ownership change I am not happy with the service. On 2/27/2021 I took my MDX in for a location has been my go to dealer as well. However since an ownership change I am not happy with the service. On 2/27/2021 I took my MDX in for a B1 service. While my SUV was being serviced I was told that I one of the multi check points had failed during inspection, and my battery terminals need to be cleaned and that a kit needed to be purchased as this needed immediate attention. I went to the service tech and he said it was to hard to show me what needed serviced. I refused the service. When home I inspected the connections and they were 100% clean. Today I went to another Acura dealer and they told me upon inspection that there was nothing wrong with the terminals. Owners beware. More
