Excellent Service We recently purchased a used car from Ferman. After 2 weeks , while cleaning the car, we noticed the carpets on the passenger and drivers side were w We recently purchased a used car from Ferman. After 2 weeks , while cleaning the car, we noticed the carpets on the passenger and drivers side were wet. We called the salesman and the service manager himself called us back to set up a next day appointment. We were not really sure how they would handle the situation since it was a used car. I took our 2013 TSX Aura in and Chuck set us up right away and provided a loaner. The service manager did a follow up call and Chuck had the car ready the next afternoon. All (Salesman - Rafael , Service Advisor - Chuck , Guest Relations Specialist - Brian and Joe- Manager) were excellent . First class service at a first class dealership. Maintenance/repair I had a 10:24 drop off time. When I got there Bryan Anderson was ready for me and took my car right in. I decided to wait to see how long it would b I had a 10:24 drop off time.
