Great customer service We went in just to look at the possibility of getting a bigger vehicle. We already owned a 2015 TLX and felt that we needed a slightly bigger car. We went to pick up our vehicle at service around 5 pm and decided just to look around. Well... we walked out with a bigger vehicle. The sales team answered our questions and concerns and even though we weren't really thinking of leaving with a new car we did. We ended up staying a little late on Dec 30 doing all the paperwork and we didn't feel we were rushed. Would recommend this dealership to my friends and family. More
