Maus Acura of North Tampa I purchased a Ford Expedition for $34,000 from Maus Acura, and the staff assured me it was a clean, accident-free vehicle. However, just a week later, I took it to a Ford dealersh for $34,000 from Maus Acura, and the staff assured me it was a clean, accident-free vehicle. However, just a week later, I took it to a Ford dealership for an inspection, where I was informed that the car had been in two unreported accidents. When I raised my concerns with Albert White, the General Manager at Maus Acura, he offered to buy it back for $30,000—meaning I would lose $4,000 in just 10 days. His response? “We buy and sell cars every day.” After further research, I discovered that this dealership buys vehicles at auction with previous issues, repairs them, fails to report the damage to Carfax, and then sells them as if they have a clean history. I feel ripped off and want to warn others: Stay away from this dealer and don’t fall victim like I did. Do business with honest people, not fraudsters. More
