I am a victim of Maui Toyota. I bought a vehicle from them and its turned out to be a very regretful mistake. When I brought the vehicle in for repairs the employees disregarded basically did care ab them and its turned out to be a very regretful mistake. When I brought the vehicle in for repairs the employees disregarded basically did care about the reason I brought my vehicle in. They informed me that the vehicle had some problems and that if I didn’t fix them my warranty would be voided. Within two days from getting the vehicle back I found that the problem persisted. I brought the vehicle back and again told them about the problem. This time the employees’ response was almost hostile and a little demeaning. Again they informed me that I needed some additional repairs to keep the warranty valid and charged me over $1,500.00. After all was said and done, I paid Maui Toyota almost $3,000.00 for repairs on a vehicle I had purchased new from them a few years prior. Get this, remember the original reason I brought the vehicle in, they said it was covered under warranty. H. Maui More
