The help was disappointing, when I dropped off the vehicle I mentioned the check engine light was on. Also, the fact that this had just happened in the past two days. The staff made no effort to address this issue, simply told me the the technician was booked out at least. a week. No effort to make an appointment with the technician and no help in explaining what the issue might be that caused the light to come on. The customer service is disappointing, this is the only place this vehicle has been serviced since it was bought new at this dealer in 2013. I may not be back. More

I came in to get a battery and the receiving man told me it would take 2 to 3 hours but I was finished in about 1 and a half hour ! I had add on's ordered when I purchased the vehicle, 10 days later I had heard nothing about my accessories, I called and when it was brought to their attention, they had my accessories there and with ins days later I had heard nothing about my accessories, I called and when it was brought to their attention, they had my accessories there and with insistence on my part they were able to install them that same day. My point is that how long would it have been if I hadn't called, and how much sooner could I have had them. More

My vehicle has been in your body shop for rear end damage since October 21st. Over 10 weeks and the work is not yet complete. Horrible to work with, does not return phone calls.
