I came in to get a battery and the receiving man told me it would take 2 to 3 hours but I was finished in about 1 and a half hour ! I had add on's ordered when I purchased the vehicle, 10 days later I had heard nothing about my accessories, I called and when it was brought to their attention, they had my accessories there and with ins days later I had heard nothing about my accessories, I called and when it was brought to their attention, they had my accessories there and with insistence on my part they were able to install them that same day. My point is that how long would it have been if I hadn't called, and how much sooner could I have had them. More

My vehicle has been in your body shop for rear end damage since October 21st. Over 10 weeks and the work is not yet complete. Horrible to work with, does not return phone calls. Routine repairs under warranty caused catastrophic failure Took my vehicle in for a timing Chain repair. Several months later my engine fails... Guess what failed? Apparently they didn't replace the wear items that keep tension on the chain which failed only a few months later, now denied repair because out of warranty, and they deny their work is faulty. I am not the only one who has experienced these problems. Just Google it. Very bad people. Had the gall to say if I would have bought it from them maybe they would help me. My vehicle has been there for. Months torn apart and they refuse to fix their mistakes. Guess it's time to lawyer up. More
