Service called and said the tire tread was showing, and we needed a complete set of tires; we recently replaced all four tires - hmm, that's weird. Service said we needed front brake work, and the cost would be $475.00 - hmm, we recently had brake work. I paid for my oil change and moved on PERMANENTLY! More

The help was disappointing, when I dropped off the vehicle I mentioned the check engine light was on. Also, the fact that this had just happened in the past two days. The staff made no effort to address this issue, simply told me the the technician was booked out at least. a week. No effort to make an appointment with the technician and no help in explaining what the issue might be that caused the light to come on. The customer service is disappointing, this is the only place this vehicle has been serviced since it was bought new at this dealer in 2013. I may not be back. More

I came in to get a battery and the receiving man told me it would take 2 to 3 hours but I was finished in about 1 and a half hour !
