Facility clean. Friendly staff. They got my vehicle in before my scheduled appointment. During routine service appointment they reminded me of radiator leak. Shan Friendly staff. Shane Nohr took the time to call to verify warranty would cover the radiator issue . Previously I was told i would have to make a separate application for that. I was able to have the radator work done that day. Shane also arranged for me to get a ride to work, while the work done. Thank you to Shane for taking care of my beicle and me. The young man who gave me a ride was also very nice. I didn't get his name. More
Was not a good visit. Someone went thru my things and ate the food i had in my car that were gifts for my kids. Its not even about eating the food. Fist of all the service advisor is somewhat rude and not communicative. second the service damaged my car, rear fender scratched and scuffed. The young gentleman Jared Driste who waited on me, was excellent. I would hire him if I had a company. Very knowledgeable about what he was doing and did a professional job. 3 visit so far for chip install from when there was a shortage, still no resolution, additional problems pop up every time they look at it.
