The help was disappointing, when I dropped off the vehicle I mentioned the check engine light was on. Also, the fact that this had just happened in the past two days. No effort to make an appointment with the technician and no help in explaining what the issue might be that caused the light to come on. The customer service is disappointing, this is the only place this vehicle has been serviced since it was bought new at this dealer in 2013. I may not be back. More

I came in to get a battery and the receiving man told me it would take 2 to 3 hours but I was finished in about 1 and a half hour ! I had add on's ordered when I purchased the vehicle, 10 days later I had heard nothing about my accessories, I called and when it was brought to their attention, they had my accessories there and with ins days later I had heard nothing about my accessories, I called and when it was brought to their attention, they had my accessories there and with insistence on my part they were able to install them that same day. My point is that how long would it have been if I hadn't called, and how much sooner could I have had them. More
