They are able to handle Transit Van services and ensured I was informed every step of the way(luckily my vehicles still in excelent condition) so there wasnt much recommended other then a tire rotation for my next visit. Jared was great to work with, and the tech kept my vehicle clean from any "garage" things. The care for customers is phenomenal here! I will certainly be back for my brakes, rotors, and suspension work along with a coolant and transmission flush come spring time. More

i almost canceled my appointment at matthew's planet pre owned to see andy because i thought there is no way in heck i would be able to buy a new car but after talking to andy on the phone i decided to go owned to see andy because i thought there is no way in heck i would be able to buy a new car but after talking to andy on the phone i decided to go ahead and keep my appointment i am so glad i did unbelievably with my co-signer we were able to trade in our old beater and get a reliable safe newer car ! this was my first time ever even walking into a car dealership i was nervous and skeptical but andy was so kind and he guided us through every step and it could not have been easier or more successful for myself and my husband thank you andy and planet pre opened ! we love you !
