My 2022 Kicks SR has two problems which should be covered under warrantee. The first is an annoying banging sound that comes from the rear when hitting certain bumps. I have been unable to determine the sour under warrantee. The first is an annoying banging sound that comes from the rear when hitting certain bumps. I have been unable to determine the source of this noise through. On my previous visit I was told it was a problem in. the rear seat and a part had to be ordered. On this visit I they worked on it and claimed they couldn't duplicate it. I could tell that something had been done and for a time it seemed to go away so I hoped they had fixed it. Today the banging sound came back. The second issue involves the Bose audio system. The headrest speakers for the Personal Space feature are not producing any obvious sound, regardless of how it is set. On a previous visit I was told an amplifier needed to be replaced. During my most recent visit they looked at it but the personal space feature is still inaudible. The technician said he could nearly hear the headrest speakers but wasn't familiar with the system to tell if that was normal or not. I've never heard this system as it should be working but I would assume as a very visible and marketed part of a $1000 option it should have some noticeable effect on the sound. That said the rest of the audio system sounds very good. The service department staff are very helpful and I'm sure both of my issues are difficult to resolve. I'm hoping I can get a better resolution of these two issues in a future visit. More
