Excellent Service for Repair of Pothole Damage Traveling home from Newark Airport on an interstate on a dark and rainy night I hit a deep pothole on a bridge that was completely unavoidable. The ve Traveling home from Newark Airport on an interstate on a dark and rainy night I hit a deep pothole on a bridge that was completely unavoidable. The vehicle seemed to drive ok but as I was almost home and actually in front of the dealership my left front tire blew. I was able to slowly drive the vehicle to the Serafini service lot. Gene of service contacted me the next day and advised me that in addition to the left front rim and tire damage I also had damage to the left rear tire, certainly from the same giant pothole. I had fortunately purchased the tire and rim coverage when I purchased the vehicle. Gene ordered new tires and a new rim and kept me advised of the progress of the shipments. My S90 was returned to me in a little over a week in perfect condition. I couldn't be happier with the service. More

Oil change, snow tires removed, brakes checked! It was oil change and snow tire removal time, so that was first and foremost. Joe was prompt, courteous, and explained in detail at the end that brakes still had a bit of life left in them, which I much appreciated. He explained when they would be checked again and let me know that my car wash was in process, so the car was just about finished. This was all finished in 1.5 hours and I was thrilled! I had been dreading the possibility of being there all afternoon!!! More

Never just an oil change I got my car from the dealership so I know it’s fairly new but every time I seem to go to Nissan for an oil change there always seems to be somethin I got my car from the dealership so I know it’s fairly new but every time I seem to go to Nissan for an oil change there always seems to be something else wrong with my car meanwhile I take it other places by where I actually live and they only do the oil change and tell me everything else looks good More
