She knows cars, is a delight to work with and exceeded my expectations by getting our 2016 XC60 Volvo in for repairs the day after I called her to see if Matthews could work on the car, since I knew Nissan had restrictions on servicing Volvos, but unaware of exactly what they were. She stayed in touch with us as she became aware of what repairs were needed. I was also happy that we would not have to drive to Albany to have work done on the Volvo. I own a company that was designated an Essential Critical Supplier to the Urgent Care Medical Equipment Industry by the COO of one of the largest medical equipment makers in the world so I know what great service is and provide it to the companies we deal with in the USA and export to in seven countries who have been making Ventilators since Covid spread around the world. If we provided less than the best service and highest quality products we could, people could have died for lack of a Ventilator that worked well and reliably. I believe Andrea treats Matthews customers with the same passion and concern as we provide to our customers. When she says, I'll have it taken care of for you, she means it and does what she said she would do. I share her old school ethics and proud to say so. She loves her job and it shows. More

I recently had my Volvo serviced there. I was assured it was the thermostat causing the code. I drove the car up the hill to the Weis and my check engine light came on. Not only this but the external temperature was still not showing up or showing in the extreme negatives from when I picked it up. Any competent mechanic would have noticed this and not released the car since this it is an interrelated issue. I called and left a message on the line of the service manager Andrea and the call was not returned. I will never do business with you nor any of your dealerships again. I’m not even just disappointed to be out the money. I’d have happily paid twice that to solve this. You should really stop advertising you work on Volvos when you clearly lack the capacity to. More
