I went in for a oil change and an overall inspection because I was leaving for a trip. When I dropped my car off, I told Tonya what I needed. She was great and marked everything to be done including an issue with my menu. When I picked my car up, the first thing I noticed my car was not washed, the last 3 times it was not done. It used to always be washed. I’m guessing it is no longer part of the service. I miss that! I got in my car and the plastic seat covering they use was wadded up in my passenger seat. Turned the car on, my setting was fixed! Thank you. I got home and my husband wanted to double check everything since we were leaving and thank God he did. All my fluids were low, including my power steering fluid. He also cleaned off all the white stuff on my battery. I normally have a decent experience there and a few people had mentioned they weren’t as happy with the service but I always told them that it was a great place to have service done. I don’t recommend waiting, I always drop my car off while I’m at work and other than being slow I’ve never been really disappointed but this time I was, especially after my husband went threw the car.
