efficient, friendly but unsettling We made an appointment, this was our first visit to Matthews. We beeped at the door as instructed, then drove in..we put our masks on before we got ou We made an appointment, this was our first visit to Matthews. We beeped at the door as instructed, then drove in..we put our masks on before we got out of our car, but the very pleasant woman who greeted us and took the service information never put her mask on even when we went into her office, it was under her chin the entire time. We waited outside at a very nice little sitting area, and noticed a very large red STOP sign on the door - masks required! But at least half of the people coming and going had no mask, nothing was enforced, even by many of the workers in the building. We are senior citizens and the visit made us extremely uncomfortable. i did not wish to choose whether I would recommend Matthew's or not but was forced to do so in order to submit this review. More

The young lady( Service Writer) that helped me was a Gem-wonderful! problem with this visit is that a few workers- who are in constant contact with customers- were NOT wearing masks. Come on!!
