Let me state that Mathews and in particular their service department went above and beyond exceptional. They were very professional and exceeded all expectations, I cannot say enough about Andrea and how she department went above and beyond exceptional. They were very professional and exceeded all expectations, I cannot say enough about Andrea and how she went to great lengths to repair my wife’s Rouge’s air conditioner. The work was done when promised and the car was ready when I arrived. The service department is one I will always take our car back to for professional servicing and repairs. My criticism is for your dealership in Salisbury, MD. Our car’s AC stopped working on vacation in Delaware and we were told to take it to the nearest dealer which was an hour drive to Salisbury. After working on the car for another hour, they informed e that the compressor was not working correctly. I asked them to repair the compressor since the car was still under warranty but they said they did not have another compressor in their parts department. Here I am 8 hours away and the AC was not working. I asked them again to please find a solution and they said to bring the car back in three days and they would have another compressor, I told them that we were on vacation and would be leaving for home before then. They wrote up the problem and I left. Please understand that the people at the service area were helpful but what major dealer does not stock parts for one of the biggest car sellers for Nissan. If they do not want to have a large parts inventory then contract with other local parts supply chains or forfeit some of your profit. I would not buy a car from the Salisbury dealer if the service on the cars could only be done after waiting three days for the part to arrive. how many days for an oil change? More
