I don't like that you need to wait for the member of the service dept to go over your service before you can pay. I know why they do it but it's not for me. I left feeling very very satisfied . The lady who greeted me upon arrival was wonderful and kept me updated as they were checking this out . The man who brought the car out was professional and kind . I am so happy to have leased my car from Matthews and plan on doing g it again next year when my lease is up.
