Andrea and Tonya are tops. Never had an issue with Technician work quality until my most recent visit(s) due to a dead battery. I don't always take my cars out for service work, but when I do, I go see Tonya in the service department at Matthews Nissan. I usually see Cindy or Andrea first, and they'll tell Tonya I am there. Soon when I do, I go see Tonya in the service department at Matthews Nissan. I usually see Cindy or Andrea first, and they'll tell Tonya I am there. Soon as she sees me she runs (walks fast) to see what she can help me with. I've never had to wait for more than just a couple minutes for her. In the short time that I am waiting, Cindy always offers me a drink and a cookie, or donut or something. Then, if for some reason they are out of donuts or cookies, Andrea always ask's if I would like some candy or a slice of pizza if it's a Friday. Sometimes I have to go to the parts department to see about an old part for one of my Volvos and Tyler is always the greatest help. Matthews Nissan ~ I wouldn't be serviced anywhere else. More
