Everyone I have worked with has been friendly, professional, patient and courteous. With my last service, I had numerous questions and the gentleman was very helpful and professional. He not onl professional, patient and courteous. With my last service, I had numerous questions and the gentleman was very helpful and professional. He not only explained each issue but was incredibly patient when I needed to have him explain a couple of items more than once. It was a pretty straight forward issue but I wanted to be sure I understood all the ramifications. I am hard of hearing and this can make things difficult. This center is actually an hour from my home. There are closer Nissan dealerships I could take my car to but after after having a service at these other places I was often left feeling either taken advantage of or just put off by the vibe for lack of a better word. After checking out my options, I decided to try the Vestal Nissan. I have never walked away thinking someone was trying to pad the bill with repairs that aren't needed or scare me into fixing something that isn't really needed yet. I have also never walked away feeling embarrassed for having asked a question that perhaps was trivial to someone else but wasn't to me. For the last two services I worked with Matt Taft and each time he has been incredibly professional and yet still pleasant to work with. More
