I’ve started to meet other employees at the dealership, understanding what they do, and what they offer. It is a smaller dealership than others I have been to, but frankly, I prefer that. Two things that are unmatched are: when my car is being inspected, I get a video of what exactly has been done to my car. Second, they offer a complimentary car wash. For now, this is my preferred dealership and I travel 45-55 mins to have my car serviced here, opposed to somewhere closer. More

They tried to address my concern and did admit there was a suspension noise. Whether it’s ‘fixed’ or not, is still up in the air.
