They led me to believe all these perks were part of the purchase, but failed to mention each perk came with a price. I ended up with about $6k-$8K more on my loan than the total amount of the car as liste More

We also asked that several of those pricey perks were removed from the loan, which they assured (and we signed paperwork) me would get done, 3 months later, it's still not done. Bernardo Nissan is not a place to go unless you have no financial concerns. They also violated wiretap laws by not asking my consent to be audio recorded as Massachusetts is a 2 party consent state. This was my first time buying from a dealership. From now on, I will only purchase from used private sellers.
