Standing Tall My warranty was 2 months out but the car only had 19500 miles on it. Car needed a sensor for approx $400 and they honored the warranty. Beyond wonderful! I had to go out of town (1200 miles) practically immediately and realized I was almost due for an oil change. After explaining the situation Andrea without hesitation said “Absolutely!” She also noticed I was due for inspection and rotated the tires without being asked. LOVE your service department! Complete and total disagreement of service center diagnosis I bought a used van from Serafini and after getting it home I heard a very very unpleasant chattering and loud ticking from the engine on cold start. I bought a used van from Serafini and after getting it home I heard a very very unpleasant chattering and loud ticking from the engine on cold start. The noise lasted for 5 miles of driving and then quieted down, but not completely. I had several professional people in the car industry, including good mechanics and a parts person listen to it and they also diagnosed a problem. Serafini service allegedly tested the van and I was told by the general manager that nothing is wrong. I myself have a full year certificate in automotive mechanics. I believe so strongly that the engine is not right that I will NEVER go back to Serafini again. More
