The people I usually interact with, Andrea and Gene have always been very personable. In regards to the ratings below. I have never had to bring my vehicle back for the same problem so i can say the qualit always been very personable. In regards to the ratings below. This was our first experience working with the Matthews sales team. We came in to return our lease vehicle and to talk over a potential new lease deal. Our salesperson was relatively new. Several small details were missed. Our past experience with Nissan was thru Serafini group, usually dealing with much more experienced sales personnel. We have had very good experiences working with Andrea in the service area. Matthews Nissan is a great dealership! Selection and prices are great. I knew I wanted to buy another Nissan since I had a 2008 Nissan Versa which made it to 147K miles!! They are great cars!!
