I don't like that you need to wait for the member of the service dept to go over your service before you can pay. I know why they do it but it's not for me. More than not I have to wait for the service memb service dept to go over your service before you can pay. I know why they do it but it's not for me. More than not I have to wait for the service member to free up before I can pay and leave. This is my only complaint. More

Excellent Service. Matt V. explained all the details of transactions and paperwork, I went on a test drive 2 different cars. Hooked my phone to blue tooth. I was there around 11am left with my Nissan Sen transactions and paperwork, I went on a test drive 2 different cars. Hooked my phone to blue tooth. From the moment I arrived I was treated like royalty and knew they really cared about me I could not of had a better experience at Matthews Nissan . From the moment I arrived I was treated like royalty and knew they really cared about me . The warranty on my battery was accepted and the problem solved on a Saturday with only an hour notice . I left feeling very very satisfied . The lady who greeted me upon arrival was wonderful and kept me updated as they were checking this out . The man who brought the car out was professional and kind . I am so happy to have leased my car from Matthews and plan on doing g it again next year when my lease is up. Your staff is exceptional and the owners and management should be very proud of them . Thank You ! More
