Customer service representative was fantastic and overall they did a great job on what was serviced BUT when I bought the new vehicle from this company I also purchased an extended 3-year Full Coverage Warr they did a great job on what was serviced BUT when I bought the new vehicle from this company I also purchased an extended 3-year Full Coverage Warranty which they find reasons as to why they won't cover a repair.
