All Talk The salesman that sold me my 2015 Rogue told me it had features it didn't, only to find out after I purchased the vehicle. This vehicle was a certified pre owned vehicle, inspected and all...only to give me a key fob that had no battery or computer chip, and no one would take responsibility for it. Had my car for days while trying to get a new key configured. The car had the previous owner's address still loaded into the GPS....if that were me I would have been fuming. Had issues with the AWD and some other features. Called the service department and they told me to "google it". Really? So, as much as I love my Rogue, I don't think I'd go back to Serafini or recommend it to anyone. More
